To ensure the reliability and performance of our products and services, a comprehensive quality control (QC) procedure has been established.
Quality Management System: BTSTC adheres to a stringent quality management system that complies with international standards such as ISO 9001. This system outlines the processes, responsibilities, and documentation requirements to maintain product quality consistently throughout the design, development, production, and delivery phases.
Design and Development: All new projects undergo a thorough design and development phase where potential risks and failure modes are analyzed using tools like FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis). The design team collaborates closely with the QC department to ensure that all specifications are met and that quality standards are upheld.
